Newly elected Warren County Clerk Patricia J. Kolb of Blairstown takes the oath of office from Superior Court Judge John Coyle, Jr., as her husband, Steve, holds the Bible at the Warren County Courthouse in Belvidere on Nov. 7, 2007. Kolb became acting clerk after the retirement of her predecessor, Terrance D. Lee, and was elected to the office Nov. 6, 2007. She was Lee's Deputy Clerk for seven years, and prior to that was municipal clerk in Blairstown Township.
 

Judge Coyle also swore in Elizabeth C. Wilson of Belvidere as Deputy County Clerk after she was appointed by Kolb. Wilson previously worked in the Clerk's Office for six years and has been with the Warren County Board of Elections for the past four years. Holding the Bible is her husband, Glenn.
