WHITE TOWNSHIP, NJ [January 3, 2005] – Pursuant to the Open Public Meetings Act, Chapter 231, P.L. 1975, notice is hereby given that at the Annual Reorganization Meeting held January 2, 2005, the Board of Chosen Freeholders of the County of Warren adopted the Calendar Year 2005 schedule of regular meetings to be held at 7:30 p.m. in the Freeholder Meeting Room at the Wayne Dumont, Jr. Administration Building, 165 County Route 519 South, Belvidere, New Jersey. The Schedule of Regular Meetings for the Year 2005 is found below.
The Board of Chosen Freeholders shall take action upon resolutions, appointments and other matters normally acted upon at regular meetings.

On motion by Mr. Chamberlain, seconded by Mr. DiMaio, the following resolution was adopted by the Board of Chosen Freeholders of the County of Warren at a meeting held January 2, 2005.

Gardner is sworn in to another one-year term as director of the Warren County Board of Chosen Freeholders during the board's annual reorganization meeting at the Courthouse in Belvidere by U.S. Rep. E. Scott Garrett (R-5th Dist.) Holding the Bible for their father are Gardner's children, Stephanie, 12, and Dan, 15. |

(BELVIDERE, JAN. 2, 2005) -- Warren County Sheriff Sal Simonetti recites the oath of office for a second three-year term as his granddaughter, Kellie Smigel, holds the Bible for him. Simonetti was sworn in by state Sen. Leonard Lance (R-Hunterdon, Warren), who is the Senate Minority Leader. The ceremony was held as part of the Warren County Board of Chosen Freeholders' annual reorganization meeting at the Courthouse in Belvidere. |
