Public Notice is hereby given that a Resolution entitled RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE WARREN COUNTY CLERK TO PRINT UPON THE OFFICIAL BALLOT FOR THE NOVEMBER 6, 2007 GENERAL ELECTION A BINDING COUNTY REFERENDUM QUESTION CONCERNING INCREASING THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE WARREN COUNTY BOARD OF CHOSEN FREEHOLDERS FROM THREE (3) TO FIVE (5) MEMBERS, will be introduced and considered at a meeting of the Board of Chosen Freeholders of the County of Warren to be held Wednesday, July 25, 2007 at 7:30 p.m. at the Wayne Dumont, Jr., Administration Building, 165 County Route 519 South, Belvidere, New Jersey.

A Public Hearing will be held on this matter on the above mentioned date and time and all persons interested in said Resolution will be given an opportunity to be heard concerning the final passage and adoption of same.
Copies of the Resolution are available for public inspection Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. in the Freeholders’ Office in the Wayne Dumont, Jr. Administration Building, 165 County Route 519 South, Belvidere, New Jersey.
