Warren County numbers its stations (agencies) and units
based on a two character prefix and two character suffix
format of "station-unit type". The prefix usually designates
the municipality the station is from (e.g. 78=Hackettstown),
while the suffix designates the type of unit (e.g. 60=Fire Chief).
Thus, 78-60 is the Hackettstown Fire Chief.
Note: Not all municipalities have police, fire, and EMS (ambulance) services.
Refer to the "Agency Type(s)" column to see which services each municipality
provides. Municipalities without police departments are covered by the New Jersey
State Police.
