Applicants are trained to become APCO certified and certified in CPR and Emergency Medical Dispatch. Full time positions may be available and are usually offered first to those Part Timers that complete their training.

You MUST have a valid driver's license and CANNOT have a criminal history or outstanding warrants.

Starting pay rate (2006 figures) for trainees is $15.19 per hour. Once training is completed this rate increases to $16.55 per hour.
