Warren County Health Department (WCHD) will conduct an H1N1 vaccine clinic for New Jersey residents in the target groups recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) on Tuesday, December 15, 2009, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. The clinic will be conducted at the North Warren Regional High School, 410 Lambert Road, Blairstown, NJ 07825.
The target groups are:

• Anyone from 6 months to 24 years of age
• Pregnant women
• People who live with or care for infants younger than 6 months of age
• Health care and emergency medical personnel
• Anyone from 25 through 64 years of age with chronic medical conditions or a weakened immune system.

This H1N1 vaccine is an injectable vaccine, and it is offered free of charge. Consent forms are available online by clicking here. However, completion of a consent form is not a guarantee of vaccination, and participants must register in person at the clinic.
