Warren County Health Department (WCHD) will conduct an H1N1 vaccine clinic for New Jersey residents in the target groups recommended below on Saturday, November 21, 2009, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The clinic will be held at the Lopatcong Middle School, 321 Stonehenge Drive, Phillipsburg, NJ 08865. The target groups are:

• Anyone from 4 years to 24 years of age
• Pregnant women
• People who live with or care for infants younger than 6 months of age
• Health care and emergency medical personnel
• Anyone from 25 through 64 years of age with chronic medical conditions or a weakened immune system.

This H1N1 vaccine is an injectable, inactivated, vaccine and contains the preservative thimerosal. The vaccine is offered free of charge. No appointment is required, but onsite registration will be conducted. Please note this vaccine clinic is not available to children younger than 4 years old.
