Warren County Health Department (WCHD) will conduct H1N1 flu vaccine clinics open to the general public at Warren County Community College and North Warren Regional High School.

The following clinics have been scheduled:

• Warren County Community College on Wednesday, February 24, from 5 p.m.  – 7 p.m. The college is located at 475 Rt. 57 West, Washington.
• North Warren Regional High School on Saturday, February 27, from 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. The high school is located at 410 Lambert Rd., Blairstown.

The clinics are open to the general public free of charge and no appointment is required. Anyone 6 months or older will be eligible to receive the vaccine. This H1N1 flu vaccine is an injectable vaccine. Consent forms are available online by clicking here; printing out and completing a consent form in advance can expedite your visit to the vaccine clinic. Completion of a consent form is not a guarantee of vaccination.
