Warren County Health Department (WCHD) will conduct H1N1 flu vaccine clinics open to the general public at Warren County Community College and Centenary College.

An H1N1 flu vaccine clinic will be held at Warren County Community College on Friday, January 22, 2010 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. The college is located at 475 Rt. 57 West, Washington.

Another H1N1 flu vaccine clinic will be held at Centenary College on Thursday, January 28, 2010, from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The college is located at 400 Jefferson St, Hackettstown.

The clinics are open to the general public free of charge, and no appointment is required. Anyone 6 months or older will be eligible to receive the vaccine. This H1N1 flu vaccine is an injectable vaccine. Consent forms are available online by clicking here; printing out and completing a consent form in advance can expedite your visit to the vaccine clinic.
