Warren County Health Department (WCHD) will conduct an H1N1 flu vaccine clinic open to the general public.

The clinic will be held on Thursday, January 7, 2010, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Belvidere Manor / Goodwill Fire Company #1 (Belvidere Fire House), 689 Water Street (County Route 620), Belvidere, NJ.

This clinic is open to the general public free of charge, and no appointment is required. Anyone 6 months or older will be able to receive the vaccine.

This H1N1 vaccine is an injectable vaccine. Consent forms are available online by clicking here. However, completion of a consent form is not a guarantee of vaccination, and participants must register in person at the clinic.
