Business Trade Name
All new businesses established in Warren County must file a Trade Name with the County Clerk.
Residents may obtain a certificate for documents leaving the state or country to certify the notary or attorney who signed is in good standing.
Information on mortgages, deeds, liens, trade names, tax inheritance waivers, building contracts, physician licenses and church corporations and maps are accessible on computer terminals in the Clerk’s Vault.
All documents affecting real estate ownership and transfers for residential, commercial and Industrial properties throughout Warren County are recorded and filed.
Residents who wish to become a Notary Public or renew their Commission may file their application papers with the County Clerk and have the oath of office administered at the Courthouse.
All documents recorded in the County Clerk’s Office are public records and are available for copying and research purposes during normal business hours.
